SHIPPING

We can ship worldwide: Europe, USA, Canada, North Africa, Asia, Australia and overseas territories.

Order preparation and shipping takes 2 to 3 business days.

Delivery in the U.S. is between 10 and 15 business days.

Depending your location, delivery may vary between 10 and 30
business days.

Delivery is carried out by your local post office.

A tracking number will be sent to you by email shortly after your order is
shipped.

Your tracking number is also traceable in the email that will be sent to
you.

If you are not at your home, the postal worker will leave the package in
your mailbox.

If they don’t have access, you will need to pick up the package at your
local post office. In this case, the postal worker will leave a message to
inform you.

We sometimes encounter this situation, where the package is marked as
delivered, but the customer only receives it 2 days later.

If your package is marked as delivered and it is not in your mailbox,
follow these steps:

1. First, check if someone in your family could have picked up the package
on your behalf?
Or maybe a concierge or neighbor?

2. Wait 2 days to be sure that it is not a delay from your local delivery service

3. Finally, send us an email at techwearstormcontact@gmail.com, and we will take
care of the problem.

If your order includes multiple items, they may be sent separately
depending on available stock and shipping warehouses.

Do not worry, the rest of your order will arrive shortly.

RETURNS, EXCHANGES, AND REFUNDS

You can return your order within 14 days for a refund or an exchange.

In the case of a refund, it will take 7 to 14 business days depending on
the payment method. For an exchange, we will send a new item upon receipt
of the returned one.

BEFORE making a return, please contact us by email at
techwearstormcontact@gmail.com to discuss the process.

Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless there was an error on our part (incorrect item shipped, defective
product, etc.).

If you pay by credit card, the refund will be processed via bank transfer
and may take up to 14 days depending on your bank.

If you pay via PayPal, the refund will be processed within 24 hours via
express transfer directly to your PayPal/bank account. However, if you paid
by eCheck, the refund may take up to 30 days depending on your bank.
