RETURN POLICY

We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after delivery to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

To start a return, you can contact us at contact@techwearstorm.com.

If your return is accepted, we’ll provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Free Return Label

To make your return easier, a free return label will be sent to you by email.
Simply download and print the label, then drop off the package at your local post office.

Please note that this service is currently available only for the following countries:

  • Americas: United States, Canada, Brazil.

  • Europe: France, Spain, Germany, Italy, Netherlands, Poland, United Kingdom.

  • Asia & Middle East: Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates, Israel.

  • Oceania: Australia.

For all other countries (including Finland): A free return label is unfortunately not available. In such cases, customers will need to arrange their own return shipping. However, we will reimburse you up to $15 to help cover these return shipping costs.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. This allows us to evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund has been approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method. Please remember that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
