Our products follow standard international sizing, but many of our items are inspired by or sourced from Asian fashion, particularly Japanese and Korean styles.
These sizes generally run smaller compared to Western sizing.
Yes, you can cancel or change your order within 12 hours of placing it. After that, your order will be processed and shipped.
SHIPPING
We ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout.
Order preparation and shipping takes 2 to 3 business days.
Delivery in the U.S. is between 10 and 15 business days.
Depending your location, delivery may vary between 10 and 20 business days.
Delivery is carried out by your local post office.
We occasionally encounter situations where a package is marked as delivered, but the customer only receives it two days later.
If your package shows as delivered but hasn't arrived in your mailbox, please follow these steps:
- Check if someone in your household may have picked up the package on your behalf, or ask your concierge or a neighbor.
- Wait for 2 days to ensure there is no delay from your local delivery service.
- If the package still hasn't arrived, contact us at contact@techwearstorm.com, and we'll take care of the issue.
If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped separately depending on stock availability and warehouse locations.
There’s no need to worry — the rest of your order will arrive shortly.
RETURNS, EXCHANGES, AND REFUNDS
You can return your order within 30 days for a refund or an exchange.
- For a refund, it usually takes 7 to 14 business days depending on your payment method.
- For an exchange, we will send you a new item as soon as we receive your return.
Before sending anything back, please contact us at contact@techwearstorm.com so we can guide you through the process.
In most cases, we will send you a free return label by email. Just download it, print it, and drop the package off at your local post office.
However, in some countries, a free return label might not be available. In that case, you will need to arrange the return shipping yourself.
- Credit Card Payments: Refunds are processed via bank transfer and may take up to 14 days depending on your bank.
- PayPal Payments: Refunds are processed within 24 hours. If you paid with an eCheck, it may take up to 30 days depending on your bank.
